bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account identity verification must be complete before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals are generally made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.
• tk 10 reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction it considers suspicious.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Any attempt to transact in another currency will be declined.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and wagering of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

tk 10 regularly offers various promotions. Each promotion has its own applicable conditions. The general rules are:

• A member may not claim the same promotion more than once unless the terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are kept separate from cash funds and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• The minimum deposit to claim a bonus is ৳300.
• tk 10 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

Gaming Policy

If any of the above violations are detected, tk 10 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all funds.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may close their account at any time. It is advised to withdraw the full balance before closing the account.

8.2 Closure at tk 10's Initiative

tk 10 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious conduct.
• False information found during identity verification.
• On the instruction of a regulatory authority or due to a legal obligation.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. If an inactive account holds a balance, the member will be contacted via their registered mobile number or email.

Responsible Gaming
